Pas terrible... Mais que c'est dur de trouver un Chet Atkins audible dans ce monde de brute. Ici, Mark Knopfler joue avec lui, mais le tout dans une sorte de guimauve-country très typée fin 80's début 90's... Dommage, le Atkins vaut mieux que ça, et Knopfler aussi d'ailleurs... Avis :
Depuis les Notting Hillbillies, on savait que Mark Knopfler vouait une profonde admiration à la country et surtout à Chet Atkins. L'avantage quand on porte son nom, c'est de pouvoir se faire plaisir comme on le souhaite. Ce qu'il fit pour notre plus grand bonheur en enregistrant ce disque génial avec son idole.
